Provided high level expert advice to MSIP in their successful $563 million dollar bid for the acquisition of a 99 year concession for the initial offering of the Chicago Downtown Public Parking System. MSIP subsequently bid $1.15 billion dollars to successfully acquire a 75 year license of a further offering of Chicago Parking Meter rights. Subsequent 2010 projections for this acquisition anticipate a gross profit in excess of $9 billion dollars over the course of the 75 year concession.
